Dolce & Gabana's book: The Ghost of the Pond, or some other title, we haven't discussed it, actually

Dolce & Gabana wrote a book. We didn't talk about it, we weren't even in the same town. Gabana wrote the first "page," posted it, Dolce wrote the second, and so it went back and forth for a while until it seemed we were finished.
